The draftsman's main responsibility is to participate in all stages of the technical design of projects, from receiving the brief to production. They actively contribute to quality, accuracy, and adherence to delivery deadlines.
Prepare the detailed drawings and elevation drawings required for the projects.
Understanding and interpreting architectural plans, structural plans and technical specifications.
Interpret the guidelines, procedures and details provided to complete projects according to company standards.
Detect conflicts between architectural and structural plans, and propose solutions.
Make effective use of the drawing library and internal resources.
Carry out assigned tasks with minimal supervision, while ensuring a high level of accuracy.
Adjust the drawings as needed, including all the information necessary for production.
To be responsible for one's projects and to ensure rigorous monitoring of deadlines.
Prepare the documents for production.
Take responsibility for projects, including coordination with the team.
Attention to detail and rigor

Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in industrial or building drafting
College diploma (DEC) in architecture or related field.
Relevant experience in technical drawing, ideally in the field of glazing or building envelope.
Understanding architectural and structural plans is an asset.
Proficiency in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD).
